Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before with no fee. If your appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $250.

I am not in-network with any insurance companies, but I can provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits.

Yes, on a case by case basis for follow-up (return) visits. However, for all initial/new evaluations, patients are required to be in person.

Patient will have to complete an in-take form and will be screened, prior to scheduling initial evaluation.

Messages can be left on my voicemail for non-urgent issues. Messages are generally returned within one to two business days, depending on the urgency of the matter. If left on a non-business day, such as weekends or holidays, messages will be returned on a business day. Patients may also be contacted by email or text messaging as outlined in the Consent for Email and/or Text Message Communication form.
In the case of a psychiatric emergency, patients should call 911 or go immediately to the nearest Hospital for a Psychiatric Evaluation.

Yes, there is a free parking lot in front of the building both underground and above.
